WARRANTY

Our goal is to offer and provide wood products of handmade quality to our customers that reflect our high standards and attention to detail. Because of the amount of work that goes in to each custom item, and the delicate nature of some woods, we do not offer a warranty in most cases.

Accidental damage, chips, cracks, etc. should be expected throughout the life of the product. This is normal with use, and we do not offer to fix those issues under any form of warranty.

However, should your product arrive damaged due to faulty shipping, improper packaging, or mishandling by an overly aggressive post man, we ask that you contact us. In that scenario, we may be able to offer some help and potentially replace your damaged items.

RETURNS

As mentioned above, if your item arrived damaged due to issues with shipping, we may replace your items.

In the event of us accepting a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping or local drop off at our retail location in Knoxville, TN.

Due to the nature of how we make our products, we enforce a no refunds policy on most orders. Item return requests we receive will be given an item exchange of equal value. If necessary, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
