Our goal is to offer and provide wood products of handmade quality to our customers that reflect our high standards and attention to detail. Because of the amount of work that goes in to each custom item, and the delicate nature of some woods, we do not offer a warranty in most cases.
Accidental damage, chips, cracks, etc. should be expected throughout the life of the product. This is normal with use, and we do not offer to fix those issues under any form of warranty.
However, should your product arrive damaged due to faulty shipping, improper packaging, or mishandling by an overly aggressive post man, we ask that you contact us. In that scenario, we may be able to offer some help and potentially replace your damaged items.
